Biscuit recipe!

Updated: Feb 11, 2022

Ok, I really like a quick bread recipe that is easy and fuss free. This biscuit recipe is great for making small sandwiches or toast, with eggs and veggies or even just with some honey as a snack.

It's a one bowl recipe so the clean-up is easy as well. Check out the video below.

Here's the recipe:

Preheat oven to 350. Line a baking sheet with parchment.

Combine 2.5 cups almond flour, 1 teaspoon salt and 1 teaspoon baking soda and mix until combined. Add 1/4 cup cold butter and, using your hands, work the butter into the dry ingredients until it feels like sand.

Add 2 eggs and stir with a fork until incorporated enough to use your hands to mix until a nice ball of dough has formed.

Wrap in plastic wrap and place in fridge for 30 minutes.

Once chilled, place the dough between two pieces of parchment and roll the dough out to 1/2-3/4 inch and cut with a biscuit or cookie cutter. Repeat until all the dough is used then brush with an egg wash and bake for 13-15 minutes. Let cook and enjoy!
