Throughout my healing journey never, not even once, did I ever gain an understanding of how the body is supposed to function. It wasn’t until I began the deep dive into learning this on my own that I realized how little I actually understood.

Now I know that understanding how the body functions is imperative if you want to heal. Learning allows us to be our own best advocates both at home and at the doctors’ office. There is so much power in this approach.
