Savory Almond Flour Crackers

For me, cold weather requires crackers! I cannot eat soups or dips without them.

I made these Savory Almond Flour Crackers last night. Try them out!

2 cups sifted almond flour 1/2 tsp seal salt 2 tbsp olive or coconut oil 2 eggs 1 tbsp dried savory or your favorite herb

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Combine all ingredients in a bowl. The dough will be pretty wet. Turn the dough out onto a large piece of parchment paper then place another piece of parchment of the same size on top. Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough to about 1/4 to 1/8 inch. Remove the top parchment paper and score with a knife going horizontally and vertically. Bake for about 12-14 minutes or until golden brown. Remove from oven and let cool.

If rolling the entire dough out is too difficult, simply take about a large handful of dough and work in smaller batches.

They stay crispy if stores in an airtight container or a paper bag.

Such a nice crunch with a nice hit of salt. Great with so many things.
